A C&M, providing our customers with an excellent service is paramount.

Each region in our business has a dedicated Customer Service Department. Our staff are highly trained in order that they can address any questions or issues that you may have with your new home.

Your two year C&M warranty provides you with cover for any defects, faulty component parts or issues caused by defective workmanship which may arise.

Approximately six weeks after you move in to your home, we will ask you to participate in our customer satisfaction phone survey. Your feedback is critical to us and allows us to continually review and improve our customer service.

We adopt the consumer code for Home Builders which sets out principles of good practice. We will automatically give you a copy of the Consumer Code if you reserve a property which is available to you without charge, we will also inform you where further guidance is available and how to get this.
